First check your spam or promotions folder, and confirm the email address entered in the order is correct. If the email is nowhere to be found, contact us through the support form Contact Support with your name and purchase date, and we will locate your order.

As soon as your order leaves the warehouse, you receive the full shipping information along with a tracking link. From there you can follow your package at every stage of the journey.

It depends on its status.

• If it has not yet been prepared: you can change or cancel it free of charge.
• If it has been prepared but not shipped: changes are no longer possible. You can cancel it, and we refund 90% of the order value plus a 10% voucher for your next purchase.
• If it has already shipped: changes and cancellations are no longer possible — return and exchange terms apply.

Complete the cancellation form below. We do not process cancellation requests by email or phone. If your order ships after you submit the request, we first need to recover the package before issuing the refund.

Contact us immediately at shipping@wolfiekgroup.com. We will do our best to update your details, though we cannot guarantee changes once the order has been dispatched. That is why we recommend verifying your address before and after placing the order: if a package is lost due to an incorrect address, we cannot offer a refund or replacement.

Orders paid with cryptocurrency (BTC, ETH, USDT) cannot be cancelled or refunded. If you wish to return a product paid with crypto, the return must be requested within 14 days of delivery. You will receive a voucher valued between 70% and 90% of the product's original price, depending on the condition of the returned item, redeemable toward a new purchase.

We work to keep the stock shown on the site accurate, but occasionally it can happen. In that case we contact you to offer alternatives and a compensation. If none of the alternatives works for you, we issue an immediate refund.

The invoice accompanies your order confirmation. If you need a copy, or an invoice with specific tax details, request it through the support form Contact Support with your order number.

All orders ship directly from our warehouse. Our goal is to dispatch within 1 to 2 business days of purchase confirmation. Pre-orders show their specific processing time on the product page. During peak periods — sales events, holidays — shipping times may be slightly longer; when that happens, it is stated in the terms of the campaign.

Two ways to find out. Before checkout, use the "Estimated Shipping" option on the cart review page: select your country, enter your address, and see the cost instantly. Or at checkout itself, where the shipping cost is calculated and displayed automatically once you complete your delivery address.

We ship primarily to the European Union, the United Kingdom, the United States, Norway, Switzerland, Chile, and Argentina, as well as other international markets. The full list is available in the Shipping Destinations List. If your country is not listed, email us with what you would like to purchase and we will inform you of the available shipping options. Due to legal or logistical restrictions, we currently do not ship to China or Russia.

We advise against it. Changes made directly with the courier may affect delivery, and we cannot accept responsibility for packages lost as a result of modifications not coordinated with us. If you need a change, arrange it through shipping@wolfiekgroup.com.

For shipments to the EU, UK, and USA: if your order has been in transit for more than 60 days, you may request a refund by completing the Cancellation Form. Refunds are processed 90 days after shipment departure, the time required to complete the necessary investigations.

For those destinations, responsibility for the shipment passes to the customer once the order leaves our warehouse. In the event of losses, customs holds or returns, or issues during transit or import, we cannot offer a refund or replacement shipment. We recommend reviewing your country's import laws and tariffs before ordering. See also our dedicated pages for shipping to the United Kingdom and the United States.

The buyer. By placing an order, you confirm that you have verified compliance with all applicable local, national, and international laws governing the purchase, import, possession, or use of the product. Wolfiek Group assumes no responsibility for violations of such laws or for the misuse, illegal possession, or prohibited importation of its products within your jurisdiction.

Every product ships adjusted to the power permitted in the destination country. From there, complying with local regulations is the user's responsibility: limits vary by country — 20 joules in France, 7.5 in Italy, 10 in Sweden — and some countries also restrict calibre, such as Denmark (.177 only) or Portugal. These regulations are updated frequently; always verify the current legislation where you reside.

Strictly empty. Transport safety regulations do not allow pressurized bottles to be shipped, so every bottle — including carbon fibre ones — travels uncharged and is filled at destination.

14 days from the date of delivery, unless otherwise specified, for orders within the European Union, the United Kingdom, and the United States. We recommend inspecting your products immediately upon delivery to confirm they are in perfect working condition and were delivered correctly.

Unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging. Items returned without original packaging or not in perfect condition incur a minimum 10% fee based on the total price.

Only if it has not been mounted. Mounted optics cannot be returned, so inspect the optic carefully before installing it.

Complete the Return/Exchange Form and we will send you the instructions. Return shipping is at your expense, must use a tracked service, and we do not cover customs duties, import taxes, or related charges. We are not responsible for lost returns or issues during the return shipment: a product is considered returned only once it is delivered to our warehouse.

We notify you by email upon receipt. Within seven days, we inspect the items and inform you whether the return or exchange has been approved.

If approved, you receive a discount code equal to the value of the returned product, valid for placing a new order within seven business days. Shipping costs are not included.

If approved, the refund is issued to your original payment method within seven business days. Shipping costs, customs fees, and any additional charges are deducted from the refund amount.

No. Returns and exchanges are not available for countries outside the EU, UK, and USA.

Two years from the date of the purchase invoice, for all new products. The exception is EDgun UK, where the warranty period is one year.

Any manufacturing defect: failures in the product's parts or arising from the manufacturing process, provided the product has been used according to the instructions and for its intended purpose. The warranty can be resolved in three ways — repair, replacement, or refund — and we determine the most appropriate one for each case in communication with you.

Parts subject to natural wear from use: o-rings, bolts, seals, springs, and cylinder heads. It also does not cover damage caused by owner negligence, damage during transportation, damage from abuse or faulty maintenance, or damage caused by the product to other objects or property.

Four specific situations: the rifle has been disassembled and reassembled incorrectly, a non-recommended lubricant has been used, non-original parts have been fitted, or the product shows signs of abuse. The warranty also does not cover failures in products modified by third parties.

Complete the Warranty Form with two things: your purchase invoice number and photos of the product. In some cases we may request video footage of the issue. From there, we take care of the warranty process and keep you informed of its status at every stage; if we need additional information, we contact you directly.

No. The Tuning Service is performed in our Barcelona workshop, by our team, with original parts. Your EDgun's warranty remains intact. The non-original parts clause applies to modifications performed by third parties.

No. We do not perform modifications that exceed factory limits or the legal limits of the user's country, nor do we advise on how to make them. Any such modification also voids the warranty.

Yes. Every outlet unit, inspected and tested in our Barcelona workshop, is covered by a one-year warranty.
